Stewart Hall Home & Garden offers handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces of indoor and outdoor furniture, garden items, home décor and children's toys.

Each piece is made from lumber gathered on our sustainably managed woodlot. This means our lumber comes from windfalls (trees that have naturally aged and fallen) and trees harvested because they're showing decline or early stages of disease. This helps protect surrounding trees and provides space for saplings to grow.

We live in a consumption-driven world, but you can consume smart. Our slow build philosophy means that not only does each piece encompass quality, beauty and craftsmanship, but that every piece is made on an individual schedule. However much time is required to get that piece right is the amount of time it takes. The joy is in the making. Pieces aren't mass produced and you're not charged an extravagant, by-the-hour price, but we do price items based on the expert skill required and the quality Québec lumber used.  

Because we like to explore the joy of crafting news things and offering unique items, our slow build philosophy also means that what you see available on the website today may not be there tomorrow and may not be featured again. (You can, however, enquire about custom orders if you saw something you liked but didn't add it to your cart fast enough.)
